b. Configuration/ Integration Team

Configurationteam consists of Designers/ Flash Developers and .NET Programmers. Oncerequirements are done and inputs from client are received, designer builds thebest design to suit the requirements and puts forward for consideration andapproval to go ahead. Flash component and designing are completed and putforward to development team for development.

c. Support Team

Supportteam consists of support professionals who resolve the low priority issues thenand there only. However, the efforts which require improvement/ enhancementsare passed to configuration team with proposed timelines to clients.
